Young Americans With Disabilities Association 

The Life Start Academy aims to increase social and functional achievement by preparing participants to be fully engaged in life- preparatory activities.including daily living skills, decision-making scenarios, career exploration, volunteer opportunities, community outings, college tours and supported and independent living options.

Elementary- Open to all students with disabilities who are completing

5th grade in the 2022- 2023 school year.

​

Middle School- Open to all students with disabilities who are completing

8th grade in the 2022- 2023 school year.

​

High School-  Open to all students with disabilities who are completing

12th grade in 2023.

​

College- Associate or Bachelors- Open to all students with disabilities who are graduating

college in the spring of 2023.
